Dan Bradbary

Prior to founding Due Diligence Online, LLC, Mr. Bradbary was an Angel investor in & served as a corporate officer of several start-up medical device / diagnostic / pharmaceutical companies. Earlier in his career, he was the Founder and CEO of Project Management Services, Inc., an Atlanta based 150-person management consulting firm with a Fortune 500 client base, including such firms as AT&T, Delta Air Lines, DuPont, IBM and Motorola. He sold this firm in 1997.

Dan holds an MBA from Georgia State University in addition to a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.

Karen Perkins

Prior to joining Due Diligence Online, LLC as Vice-President, Karen managed an international Customer Service division for a software company, worked extensively as a project manager with a large management consulting firm specializing in the consumer products and technology industries, and also spent several years teaching high school business and technology courses.

Karen has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Auburn University in Auburn, AL and received her secondary teaching certificate in Texas. She currently lives in Fort Worth, TX with her husband and two children.

Ron Perkins

Ron joined V-Rooms™ in March of 2008 and serves as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for leading the company’s initiatives among the M&A, private equity, corporate, commercial real estate, and debt capital market communities. Ron brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to V-Rooms™.

Ron has a business degree from the University of North Texas. He lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and children.

Andrea Reordan

Prior to joining the V-Rooms™ team as Director of Customer Service, Andrea worked as a Senior Analyst for Southwest Airlines. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Trader for First Choice Power.

Andrea has a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University and is currently pursuing a second degree. She and her husband, Lance, also live in Fort Worth, TX with their son.

Sheryle Gillihan

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Sheryle handles database creation, website design and assists with client support. She is a senior at the University of North Texas completing her Bachelors with concentrations in Community Service, Business, English and Photography. She has two years of volunteer management experience and has logged over 1000 hours of volunteer time.

Sheryle is also a US Army veteran where she studied Arabic as a Military Intelligence Signals Analyst. She and her two children reside in Benbook, TX while her husband serves his second tour in Iraq.
