Prior to founding Due Diligence Online, LLC, Dan Bradbary was an Angel investor in & served as a corporate officer of several start-up medical device / diagnostic / pharmaceutical companies. Earlier in his career, Dan Bradbary was the Founder and CEO of Project Management Services, Inc., an Atlanta based 150-person management consulting firm with a Fortune 500 client base, including such firms as AT&T, Delta Air Lines, DuPont, IBM and Motorola. He sold this firm in 1997. As a result of his investment and project management background, he developed and founded Due Diligence Online in 2004. The concept of virtual data rooms was a logical and natural result of his own experiences.
Dan holds an MBA from Georgia State University in addition to a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.

Prior to joining Due Diligence Online, LLC as Vice-President in 2006, Karen Perkins managed an international Customer Service division for a software company, worked extensively as a project manager with a large management consulting firm specializing in the consumer products and technology industries, and also spent several years teaching high school business and technology courses. Her expertise, dedication and inspirational leadership have been key factors to V-Rooms' growth and success over the years and Karen was promoted to President in 2009.
Karen has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Auburn University in Auburn, AL and received her secondary teaching certificate in Texas.

As Vice President, Sheryle oversees V-Rooms' operational department and optimizes all of the company's business processes in an effort to increase efficiency and productivity, while maintaining excellence in our customer relations. She also administers and assists with website and marketing design. Prior to joining the V-Rooms team, Sheryle freelanced as a writer/photographer and has various published works. She has also logged over 1000 volunteer hours and continues in her philanthropic efforts to support her community.
Sheryle Gillihan is US Army Veteran and trained at the Defense Language Institute as an Arabic Voice Interceptor Cryptologic Linguist for Military Intelligence. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas with experience in Linguistics, Business Management, Volunteer Management, Journalism and Photography.

Prior to joining Due Diligence Online, LLC, Larry has been involved with sales in the large/managed file transfer space; in conjunction with professional services for testing regulatory compliancy. His experience includes many markets: finance, legal, medical, engineering, manufacturing, and communication. He has managed multi-team professionals working with global clients to provide testing criteria and the execution of the tests.
Working with the test results, Larry designed and sold annual professional services to assist the client's I/T and security teams. Along with direct sales, he worked with start-up companies to design their marketing environment for direct and channel sales.

As Director of Operations, Allison's responsibilities include accounting, operational support and human resources. Prior to joining the V-Rooms team, Allison Chapman was manager of web resources at MBG Sales and a counselor at Women's Protective Services. These experiences have lent to her exceptional relational and problem-solving skills, as well as, the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
Allison has a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas State University and Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.
